GenticFlow is an AI engineer for IT operations and service desks. It connects to your existing PSA, ITSM, RMM, identity, security, and endpoint environment to investigate routine L1 issues, apply governed remediations, verify the result, and close the ticket with a full audit trail.

Unlike a chatbot that searches a knowledge base or an AI assistant that drafts replies, GenticFlow works against live endpoint state. It can inspect services, queues, logs, disk pressure, network status, application failures, and other diagnostic signals, then decide whether the issue is safe to fix automatically or should be escalated for human approval.

For MSPs and IT teams, GenticFlow reduces repetitive L1 work such as printer failures, VPN issues, Outlook crashes, Windows Update problems, disk space alerts, failed services, slow performance, browser problems, password/account issues, and common endpoint incidents.
